Thomas Jefferson was an American titan who led by persuasion, intellect, and conversation rather than coercion. Serving as the nation’s first Secretary of State, second Vice President, and third President, Jefferson viewed leadership as a responsibility—not an achievement. The accomplishments he valued most were his gifts to America: authoring the Declaration of Independence, founding the University of Virginia, and championing religious liberty.

Our guest will explore what it was like to stand toe-to-toe with the British Empire, to draft and negotiate the Declaration in Independence Hall, and to help shape a new Constitution.

DG Mary Bedosky's, 2025-2026 District 5810 Service Project - Join us for Challenge's Air's Dallas Fly Day where leaders come together to create unforgettable experiences for children with special needs. If you would like to join in serving, please register via link provided.  There are various assignments and times available.  

Rotary Club of Dallas once again is partnering with Texas Health Resources, U.S. Attorney's office and Project Safe Neighborhood to provide each child with 3 books at no cost to the child.  This school is located in a high crime and underserved neighborhood. It is so fun to see the kids light up when they are told the books are free to them.  If you are available, please sign up via the link and be sure and complete the volunteer form.  This school is in Richardson ISD but located in Dallas.

During her tenure at ACE, she led the college through the development of a new mission, vision, and several strategic plans, began programming in multiple disciplines (education, healthcare, nursing, and business), and guided the college to become the first institution in Indiana that was both a Certified Benefit Corporation and a Public Benefit Corporation.
