The Rotary Club of Dallas Bike Rodeo & Child Safety Day gives Dallas-area children the opportunity to participate in a bicycle skills safety course, receive a free bicycle helmet and enjoy other safety activities in a fun, family-friendly environment. 

Bike Rodeo and Child Safety Day is a community event that is free and open to the public. Children from Dallas Independent School District are invited to attend, along with The Stewpot, an organization that offers resources to homeless and at-risk individuals.

Bring your bike or borrow one of ours to participate in our bicycle safety obstacle course!
All kids are eligible to win a free bike!

• Learn safe riding rules, have your bike inspected and get a FREE BICYCLE HELMET!
• Meet local heroes like firefighters, police officers and emergency responders.
• Check out a real fire truck and ambulance.
• Get safety information from many local organizations.
• Participate in arts and crafts, face painting and bingo.
• See emergency response helicopters land.
• Enjoy free snacks and lunch.
